📍 1. Where are you?

Dimora il Mandorlo is located in Contrada Cervarolo, about 9 km from the historic centre of Ostuni, immersed in the nature of the Itria Valley, among olive groves and enchanting villages.

🧼 2. When will the rooms be cleaned?

The flats are cleaned before the arrival of guests. For longer stays, an extra cleaning service can be requested at an extra charge.

🛏️ 3. Are the rooms comfortable?

Absolutely. The flats are spacious, bright, air-conditioned, soundproof and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, private patio, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and carefully designed furniture.

📶 4. Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the hotel via Starlink satellite equipment.

🚗 5. Is there parking?

Yes, free private parking is available on the property.

❌ 6. What if I have to give up my holiday?

Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days prior to the arrival date. In this case, the deposit already paid will be refunded using the same payment method, with a 5% deduction for electronic payment processing fees.
For cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival and in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained in full as a penalty.

🏥 7. What if someone gets sick during their stay?

If needed, staff will be available to provide support and directions to the nearest health services. The area is well served by pharmacies and medical facilities.

🐾 8. Are animals allowed? Is there a surcharge?

To ensure the comfort of all guests, animals are not allowed on the premises.

🚴 9. Is there a bicycle service?

Yes, a bicycle rental service is available for a fee, ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside and nearby villages.

🕓 10. When can I check in and check out?

Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. You must arrange your arrival time in advance. Check-out must be completed by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

🕙 11. Is it possible to check in early or check out late?

Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and, if accepted, will be subject to a variable surcharge per person to be paid on site.

💳 12. When I arrive at the facility, is it true that I do not have to pay any more?

If you have already paid the deposit and settled the total amount prior to arrival, you will not have to make any further payments at check-in, with the exception of the tourist tax levied by the Municipality of Ostuni. This tax must be paid in cash upon arrival and varies according to current municipal regulations.

Guests of the property can use a seasonal outdoor pool with shared sun loungers. If the entire facility is booked, the pool will be for exclusive use.

No provision contained in the conditions of stay may restrict the rights guaranteed to consumers by law.
