Regulations, Services and Conditions
The owners of the Holiday House ‘Dimora il Mandorlo’ are happy to welcome you.
For a pleasant and safe stay, it is good to know the house rules. For any further information, please contact the landlord with confidence.
- Dimora il Mandorlo is exclusively reserved for guests occupying the flats: access by unauthorised persons is therefore forbidden; visits by any outside guests must be approved in advance by the owner.
- It is forbidden to organise parties
- You may take possession of the accommodation unit after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must vacate it by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Each guest is responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables left in the flat; the owner is not liable for their unfortunate removal.
Inside the flat in each bedroom behind the painting there is a security safe.
- Each guest is responsible for his or her own behaviour in the house and the area around it, and in the event of accidents attributable to him or her, he or she will be called upon to pay compensation.
- The tenant shall be given the keys to the entire facility; in the event of loss and/or deterioration of the keys, the landlord and/or person in charge must be notified in a timely manner, and the tenant shall be charged for any costs of replacing the locks and/or remaking them.
- You are kindly requested, before leaving your accommodation unit, to lock the door and windows, close the sunshade, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, cooker, etc.) and turn off the water taps.
- The property owner has the right, in the absence of the guest and in special circumstances, to enter the flat in order to avoid the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to promptly inform the guest of his/her entry into the flat.
- Please remember to dispose of your rubbish in the appropriate bins inside the flat and in the bins located outside in the parking area divided by:
Plastics and metals
Glass
Paper
Undifferentiated
Wet.
- Before your departure, in order to facilitate the arrival of the next guests, we kindly invite you to:
-Empty and dispose of all waste inside the house
-Leave all dishes clean
-Turn off the light in the whole flat and switch off the air conditioning in summer.
- Guests will find towels, pool towels and bed linen on arrival. There are no linen changes, unless requested and paid for separately by you, when the stay is less than 7 days. Changes are subject to a charge of EUR 20.00 per person.
- Daily rearrangement of the flat upon request and paid for by you of EUR 50.00 (per day), when the stay is shorter than 7 days.
- Extra bed (sofa bed) euro 50.00 per day per person.
Extra bed (baby cot) euro 10.00 per day per child on request.
- Automatic watering of the outside garden from 04.00 am to 07.00 am.
Be careful where you leave your clothes.
- We are not liable for any inefficiency due to total or partial failure of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, internet and heating that is beyond our control.
- Any disturbing noise is forbidden from 24.00 to 07.00.
- In the event of loss of or damage to installations, furniture, appliances or equipment in the flat, the guest is obliged to notify the landlord without delay. If the loss or damage is the fault of the guest, the guest shall be liable for compensation in the amount of the countervalue of the lost item or damage caused.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the flats.
- The landlord has the right to suspend service to a guest who contravenes the provisions of these house rules.
- On arrival, each guest is required to hand over his/her personal identification document (identity card or passport) to the landlord without delay, so that he/she can report his/her presence to the competent tourist office. At the same time of check-in, payment of the tourist tax is requested as per the enclosed tariff regulations issued by the Municipality of Ostuni.
- Confirmation of the booking and commencement of the rented unit implies reading and acceptance of the house rules, as well as full compliance with them.
